The title winning lads from the Under 12s were taught a tough lesson in the realities of the man's game when their fathers beat them 3-2 on Sunday at Mellor FC. A penalty shoot out afterwards gave them a consolation prize after the worst ever penalty from Les Veitch (pictured, left) made that Leicester player's effort look quality.

All in all though, a great laugh for all the lads and dads and a fanatastic end to a great season.
